The process of selling from the site and purchasing from the customer the products available on this site is subject to the following:
Exchange and return policy:-
The site has the right to cancel the orders placed by the customer for any reason the site deems appropriate, including the unavailability of the product, the customer not fulfilling the data and information required of him, or when there is suspicion that the purchase process is fraudulent or otherwise. Keeping in mind that the site is not responsible for auditing the processes to ensure their accuracy. The site has the right to recover the amount paid from the customer.
Product exchange and return policy:
If the product is not received by the customer. The customer has the right to request a refund of the product amount only after deducting the shipping amount, taxes, and customs fees (if any), and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer within 15 working days from the date the refund is approved by the site. The amount will be returned in the same way the payment was made.
If it is proven that the product received from the customer has a manufacturing defect or defect. The customer has the right to request a replacement of the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
In order to preserve the quality of the product and its suitability for storage, the site will refuse to return or replace the product in any of the following cases:
- 1. When the customer submits the request after the expiry of the specified period for exchange or return.
2. When the product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition in which it was received, or when the security sticker of the product is removed, or any modification is made to the product, or otherwise.
3. The product does not have the price tag, stickers, original packaging, or any of its accessories.
Taking into account that the customer will bear all shipping costs and fees if he wants to exchange the product, and shipping costs and fees will be deducted in the event of a return request.
Pre-order information:
Pre-order orders will be delivered within a period of no less than thirty (30) days and up to sixty (60) days.
